Early yesterday morning we were notified that the American Fighting Revolver page was shut down by Patreon. Run by Darryl Bolke and Bryan Eastridge, AFR is one of the best resources available to learn about the American wheelgun. Luckily, not all is lost. The pair have created their own website, which you can view >>HERE<< without worry of deletion from anti-gun overlords. Much like their Patreon, content is behind a $5 pay wall, but the subscription fee is worthwhile in my experience.
In addition to subscribing to American Fighting Revolver, you can also train with Darryl and Bryan. Keep an eye on their page, along with the Hardwired Tactical Facebook page we’ve mentioned in the past. From shotguns, to pistols, and Revolver Roundup, there’s something for every discerning shootist. Also look out for the Smith & Wesson Ultimate Carry J-Frame, which the pair developed alongside Lipsey’s.
If you made it this far, thanks for reading! Writing isn’t my full-time profession, and nearly everything I do comes out of my own pocket. Between ammunition, tuition, range fees and more, expenses add up fast. If you like what I have to offer, consider making a donation to my Patreon.
Every bit helps bring more work like this to you, and contributes to shortened timelines or more in-depth work on my part. You’ll also have more direct access to me, offering suggestions for future projects, looking behind the scenes, and getting early access to some content. You can find my Patreon >>HERE<<
