A300 Ultima Patrol 20 Gauge | SHOT Show 2026

Hawk-eyed viewers alerted us to a new product going live earlier today. This new product is one I’ve been waiting eagerly for; a 20 gauge version of the Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol.

I was able to handle the new gun back in September of 2025 during the Thunderstick Summit. Unfortunately I missed early access range time due to the birth of my second child! However, I will be attending Beretta’s media day at the range the day following this post. Expect a follow-up afterwards with a report on my life fire experience.

MSRP on the new 20 gauge A300UP from Beretta is $1,299 as of this writing. Let’s check out the details from Beretta below. You can also see more at Beretta’s site >>HERE<<

NOW AVAILABLE IN 20 GAUGE, THE A300 ULTIMA PATROL OFFERS A LIGHTER, LOWER-RECOIL SOLUTION DESIGNED FOR IMPROVED COMFORT, FASTER HANDLING, AND CONFIDENT CONTROL. Engineered to deliver Beretta’s signature reliability and ease of use, the A300 Ultima Patrol 20-gauge offers a lighter-weight, lower-recoil solution ideal for shooters seeking a more manageable defensive platform. This new configuration opens an important market segment by combining effective stopping power with enhanced comfort and control. Built on the time-tested A300 platform, the Ultima Patrol 20-gauge is designed to be ultra-reliable and easy to manipulate. It features a new stock offering a shorter length of pull and integrated QD sling attachments, enlarged controls, an enhanced loading port, a slimmed-down forend with aggressive texturing, multiple M-LOK® mounting points, and a 7+1 extended magazine tube giving you a tactical shotgun that’s fast, adaptable, and purpose-built for defense.

SHORTER STOCK WITH QD SLING ATTACHMENTS

Features a shorter length of pull for improved ergonomics and faster shouldering, plus integrated QD sling attachments for versatile carry and quick transitions. Ships from the factory with a 13” length of pull, but can be shortened down to 12” by removing the spacer.

ENLARGED CONTROLS

Enlarged loading port and extended bolt release, and bolt handle ensure faster reloading. An oversized and reversible safety button for easy manipulation in adverse conditions.

AMPLE ACCESSORY MOUNTS

Includes installed 7-slot Picatinny rail and 3 M-Lok mounting points. Also compatible with Beretta 1301 Tactical after-market rail and optic mount accessories.

AGGRESSIVELY TEXTURED GRIP AREAS

Specially designed forend with aggressive texturing in key areas to ensure superior control and comfort while shooting.
