It is once again time to defend our gun rights from the ever-encroaching arm of the law. In short, the ATF wants to reclassify stabilizing braces under the NFA. Making this change will require brace owners to register them with the federal government, pay a $200 tax, and incur other challenges, just as they would with machine guns, suppressors, and other NFA items.
